Best Wedding Venues in Rochester and Southeast Minnesota

I absolutely loved planning my wedding and one of my favorite things was looking at the wedding venues. There are so many options out there it can be really hard to narrow down the search, but we all want that picture-perfect day. So I found some stunning, Pinterest-worthy wedding venues all near Rochester, Minnesota.

If you got engaged recently, congratulations! I'd say this is a great list to check out when you're starting the hunt for the perfect venue. Or if you're not engaged, no judgment here. I had an insanely fun time looking at picture after picture of these venues. If I were to do my wedding over (or maybe a vow renewal?) I'd love to do it at one of these locations.

The Round Barn Farm

I'm obsessed with the exposed beam look in every space. In a home, in a wedding venue like The Round Barn Farm, I love it all. And the drapery and the chandeliers add just a touch of elegance.

Location: Red Wing

Max. Guest Count: 299

Room Rental: $4,295-$8,495

The exposed brick is to die for at Mayowood Stone Barn. And then you tie that into the natural light coming through the window and the greenery. Ah!

If you're someone who likes a more regal look, you can't go wrong with Villa Maria. The chandeliers, the ceilings, the long tables, it's all very elegant.

While this shot of the St. James Hotel is amazing and gives you a stunning reception area, if you're also into the look of older venues this is the place for you. If you don't know what I'm talking about, take a look at their website and you'll get it. There are also lots of venue options here if you'd like a more vintage look.

Location: Red Wing

Max. Guest Count: 240

Room Rental: $500-$5,500

Divanyx Event Center

Divanyx is actually under new owners now and they do photography as well! Hot tip from someone who has planned a wedding: having a photographer who is familiar with the venue is perfect for getting the best photos on your big day. So the photographer at Divanyx would know the venue super well. Plus you get a 20% discount on the photographer if you book them as both the photographer and your venue.

Location: Dodge Center

Max. Guest Count: 199 (you can also add a tent for larger capacity)

Room Rental: Not available on their website.

The 3 Ten Event Venue

Another beautiful venue with exposed brick. There are also multiple venue options within The 3 Ten Event Venue, like a rooftop option. Also, the love seat for the couple in this picture is such a good idea.

Max. Guest Count: 430

Room Rental: $2,895-$4,295

Legacy Hill Farm

I love all of these venues but Legacy Hill Farm may be my favorite. The open walls, the view, the chairs, the beams. Sigh, if I could do it all again I'd want my wedding here.

Location: Welch

Max. Guest Count: 295

Room Rental: They have specific pricing for each date so you'll have to contact them for a price.

If you're looking to do a more intimate wedding, Sacred Clay Country Inn is perfect for you. Sacred Clay is a bed and breakfast that's on a ton of land so you can take great pictures outside. I also really like the fireplace in this room as a backdrop. They also have a barn available to rent or an outdoor tent for larger weddings.

Location: Lanesboro

Max. Guest Count: 40 for the room in the photo, 150 for the barn, and 250 for the tent.

Room Rental: starting at $1,500

Garten Marketplatz

The flowers at Garten Marketplatz are incredible! This looks like something from a book where fairies would live. If you're looking for a fairytale location, consider this venue!

Location: Byron

Max. Guest Count: 300 with outdoor seating, 100 indoor only

Room Rental: Not available on their website.

You can't go wrong with any of these venues, it all depends on what kind of look you're going for and of course the number of guests you'll have. Good luck planning your wedding!
