Although Jason Aldean and his family are momentarily parked in a temporary housing situation while they wait for their amazing dream house to finish construction, the clan still has a baby fast on the way—and she needs a nursery.

Aldean's wife Brittany rose to the occasion, putting together a perfect little nest for her as-yet-unborn daughter, Navy Rome. She gave fans a glimpse around the digs on her Instagram stories Thursday (Jan. 24).

"I wanted it to be girly with a little bit of edge," Brittany explains, citing the touches of lavender throughout, but also pointing out the not-so-sugary-sweet navy blue accent wall highlighted with gold glitter. Navy is also represented, of course, by the neon sign spelling out her name above the crib.

Brittany chose a framed photo of a mother elephant with its baby to hang over Navy's changing station, explaining that elephants are her favorite animal. (As she's a a proud alum of the University of Alabama, that's no surprise.) Rounding out the tour is a peek into Navy's closet, which is well-organized with storage baskets, as well as an extensive infant wardrobe that could put any fashionista to shame.

Brittany and Jason announced the pregnancy of their second child together in summer of 2018. Around the same time, they also informed fans they'd be building a new dream house for their expanding family, which also includes son Memphis, 1, and Aldean's older daughters from his former marriage. They'll be in the temporary house for about a year or so.
