Lake Lillian, MN (KROC AM News) - An investigation is underway in central Minnesota involving the reported shooting death of a man Tuesday night.
The Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office is reporting it received a 911 call around 8:30 pm involving a shooting at a rural residence near the town of Lake Lillian.
According to the sheriff’s office, “The caller stated that the firearm discharged accidentally, striking a 64-year-old male in the head, and killing him.“ The sheriff’s office says the name of the victim will be released at a later time.
The Minnesota BCA is assisting in the investigation.
