Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, BUT in case you missed it, Minnesota’s unofficial state bird is making a major comeback in 2025. So bad, in fact, experts say this could be the itchiest, most relentless mosquito season we’ve had in five years. 

Oh boy! Mosquitoes already feast on me year after year! Not sure what it is about me - perhaps my blood type, maybe I just have that mosquito magnet energy. And now I hear it’s going to be even worse this year? Lord help me!

Did you know that there are thousands of mosquito species out there? You read that correctly! According to Minnesota's Metropolitan Mosquito Control District, there are over 3,000 kinds of mosquitoes buzzing around the world!
