It's finally here! The Friends reunion is coming!

Tonight it's The FRIENDS Reunion for a salute to director James Burrows!

To celebrate directing his 1,000 television episode, NBC is reuniting the casts of Cheers, Frasier, Will & Grace, Taxi, Two and a Half Men and Mike and Molly. Friends is reuniting without Matthew Perry, who is on stage in London (London, bay-bee!) and taped his salute.

It's being promoted as a FRIENDS Reunion! because we all still want to see them back together and see where they are now, years after the series finale. None of the original producers and writers of the series want a FRIENDS Reunion! because they told the stories they wanted to tell and moved the characters into the next stage of their lives where there really isn't a laugh track.
