Every now and then, a story comes along that reminds you just how incredible the people around us really are. This is definitely one of them.

After a serious car crash on August 11th in Mower County, 21-year-old Dominic Mann suffered life-threatening injuries. But if there’s one thing this situation has proven, it's that Dom isn't facing this fight alone.

A GoFundMe set up for the Kasson native and St. Cloud State wrestler has already blown past its original goal, with friends, teammates, coworkers, and neighbors across Minnesota stepping up in a massive way.

Dom is a Kasson-Mantorville grad who balances college wrestling, studying construction management, and working as a foreman for local business Property Potential. Property Potential owner Nate Wielkiewicz launched the fundraiser to help ease the burden during Dom's recovery, describing him as a confident leader, respected athlete, and "one hell of a guy to trust running the crew and operations."

And judging by the response, everyone agrees:

  • Original Goal: $5,000

  • Raised So Far: Over $8,000 (and counting!)

"Let’s show Dom how much he means to everyone!"

How You Can Help:

The GoFundMe is still accepting donations to support Dom and his family. If you can't donate right now, sharing the fundraiser with friends and family makes a huge difference, too.

It’s powerful to see how fast people step up when a local guy needs a lift. That’s the kind of heart we could all use a little more of right now!
