Two Midwest States Among America’s Most Affordable Places to Live
So, one of my best friends lives in Oklahoma and she's on the search for a home. She's constantly sending me these ridiculously gorgeous places that, I sh*t you not, would be double the cost in some parts of Minnesota.
Sorry for the language. I'm not bitter about it at all. ;)
BUT, let's be real, would I rather live in Oklahoma where I can get a gorgeous brick home on a clay yard in tornado alley just to save a few (ok, a LOT of) bucks? Yeah, no! (sorry to my friend who's reading this thinking I would say yes - I love you, just not enough to move to OK).
Sure, there are many places on the map that are significantly more affordable to live than Minnesota, BUT would you want to live there? Let's take a peek at the most affordable states in the country. Spoiler alert, Minnesota did NOT make the cut. Oklahoma IS on the list.
