Back in November, after eight years in Rochester, Pancheros served its last “better built burrito” and closed its doors. Now, the lights are back on, and a new restaurant has officially moved in.

If you’ve driven past the former Pancheros location at 4107 N. U.S. Highway 52, you probably noticed a “coming soon” sign in the window. The new joint, Stir Fry Express, is now open after celebrating its grand opening Tuesday.
