Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A St Paul man was arrested in Rochester for violating a court order to stay away from a woman - less than a month after it was issued.

The 23-year-old woman called 911 Sunday to report the man was in her home when she returned around 7:00 AM.

He refused to leave and took her phone and money. Several hours later, the woman was able to find another phone and called police. The man fled out the same window he used to break into the apartment but officers caught him.

Arrested on burglary and other charges was 23-year-old Treshawn Johnson.

A warrant was issued for his arrest last week after he failed to appear in court for an earlier incident, apparently involving the same woman.

According to court records, Johnson was at the woman’s home Nov. 27th and refused to leave. When the woman tried to push Johnson out the door, she says he shoved her and she hit her head when she fell. Johnson eventually left but came back and climbed through a window to get in. He was charged in that case and a judge issued an order to stay away from the woman.
