Maren Morris stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday (March 11) to perform her current single, "Girl."

Morris donned a sparkly silver dress while performing on a stage set up like a modeling runway. Her microphone, microphone stand, guitar and guitar strap were all coordinated white as she sang the female empowerment anthem, which is the title song of her newly released sophomore album.

"Girl, won’t you stop your crying? / I know that you’re trying / Everything’s gonna be okay, baby / Girl, don’t you hang your head low / Don’t you lose your halo / Everyone’s gonna be okay, baby / Girl," she sang in the chorus.

Her male band provided harmonies on the song, creating a different sound than her recorded version, while Morris provided ad-libs and runs. Her performance ended with the lights going black and only the floor illuminated.

Other guests on the show included model and entrepreneur Karlie Kloss and actor Ricky Gervais.

This marks Morris' third performance on the Tonight Show. She has previously performed "My Church" and "Rich" on the program, along with creating interview web exclusives for the show.

Morris has just launched her Girl: The World Tour, which features Cassadee Pope and RaeLynn as her opening acts. She is nominated for Female Artist of the Year in the 2019 ACM Awards, which will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 7. The show will air live on CBS at 8PM ET. Reba McEntire is set to return to host the awards show.
