Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A new chief administrative officer has been picked for Mayo Clinic.
The Mayo Clinic Board of Trustees Friday named Christina Zorn to succeed Jeff Bolton, who will retire at the end of November.
Besides being a lawyer, Zorn also has a Bachelor of Science degree in zoology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
The 48-year-old Zorn has been working as chief administrative officer of Mayo Clinic in Florida since 2015. She began her career at Mayo in 2002 as a legal counsel.
Mayo says Zorn will work with Bolton over the coming weeks to ensure a smooth transition. She will formally assume her new role on Dec. 1.
