There are a lot of unique houses in Minnesota. If you have ever explored downtown Minneapolis, you have probably seen the house across the street fro US Bank Stadium. Many claim it looks like a house right out of Hogwarts. If you want the exact address it is 247 10th Steet South.

Bring Me The News claims that this house is back on the market after a year of upgrades made by the owner. The house was originally built in 1911 and has a lot of character. It was originally listed at $3  million dollars. After some modernization and some consideration, the owner has placed a price tag of $2.7 million on the house. This mini castle has some amazing selling points that will draw in the right buyer.

According to the listing, this four-bedroom, two and a half bath house have some unique spaces. There's a patio that is all brick as well as some great outdoor seating. The brickwork was done so well it looks like the house belongs in a movie. Inside, there is a beautiful fireplace that had to be inspired by a fairytale. My favorite part... the meatal staircase that looks like a princess should walk on it! I think the selling point is this house belongs in Hogwarts is the stain glass windows that are everywhere. No one window looks the same! The listing even says that there is a rooftop view of US Bank Stadium if you weren't already sold on the property.

I would be surprised if someone doesn't snatch up this house in the near future because it seems like a great place to entertain guests all year round. I would love to run around saying that I live in the Hogwarts House!
