Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Rochester Police Department is reporting a change of address for a high-risk sex offender living in the community.

A Community Notification issued today indicates 47-year-old Kevin Tyrone Williams has moved into a residence in the 1400 block of 4th Avenue Southeast. He moved to that address on September 1.

Williams was released from prison in February after serving a 65-month prison sentence for a felony DUI conviction in 2018. He was also given a 39-month concurrent sentence for failing to register as a predatory offender.

According to the Rochester Police notification, Williams has engaged in two separate incidents of criminal sexual contact against known adult female victims that included penetration. The statement also says Williams uses force, violence, and threats to maintain control.
