Popular ESPN Show Coming to Minnesota

Minneapolis (KROC AM News) - The Gopher football team will get more national attention this week.

ESPN’s popular “College GameDay” has booked its next show in Minneapolis leading up to the Minnesota/Wisconsin game at TCF Bank Stadium.

This was the announcement on College GameDay’s Twitter feed Saturday night:

ROW THE BOAT! 🚣‍♂️ For the first time ever ... We're headed to Minneapolis! SEE YOU NEXT WEEK

The news spread quickly and two former Gopher athletes joined the Twitter conversation:

The show runs from 8:00 - 11:00 AM Saturday.

Kickoff for the game is scheduled at 2:30 PM.
