Rochester DJ Gets Petty On ‘Spotted In Rochester’ And People Like It!
There's a Rochester, Minnesota Facebook group called Spotted In Rochester. It really does have a bunch of great content. But hiding all that content are comments from the anger-balls in our community that immediately find fault with anything.
Even flowers planted in the former K-Mart parking lot.
Yes, flowers. Lots of flowers. Planted and cared for by the Mayo Clinic, to make a parking lot look better. A lot of people loved on 'em, but there's always that group of folks who must have grown up without parents telling them things like, "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say it." or, maybe they did, and they're still rebelling.
Whatever the case, I was driving by the flowers and I saw how lovely they looked. So I made this video and posted it on Spotted In Rochester. Am I really that petty? Kinda sometimes with dough-heads. I was curious what the reaction would be. The comments were mostly wonderful and kind. My favorite...

Actually, I owe this commenter an apology. Sometimes I get uncomfortable with praise and I make a joke. Thank you, A, you're awesome.
Very few negative comments, and oddly, no one that said things like, "They'll never last" and "What idiot did this...they'll die in the heat!" commented to say, "Holy smokes, I was wrong!" 😀 Just kidding, I knew people wouldn't do that.
If you bring positivity to the world, thank you. Your light is needed!
