You’ll find them at Red Cow, the Minnesota-based sports bar with six locations across the state. Known for its burgers and craft beer, it’s also home to some of the best wings around - now officially recognized on a national level.
The Japanese Sticky wings at Red Cow are the 11th best wings in America. LoveFood says they've been described by customers as the best they've ever tried.
