Rochester and Byron Men Injured in Saturday Evening Crash
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Two people were injured Saturday evening in a traffic crash on the north edge of Rochester.
The State Patrol says a pickup and an SUV collided at the intersection of 18th Avenue and Highway 63, which is better known as 75th Street Northwest. The preliminary report indicates 50-year-old John Broton of Byron was driving the pickup east on Highway 63, while 62-year-old Noraer Tahmasian of Rochester was driving north on 18th Avenue when the crash occurred around 7:20 PM.
Both drivers were transported to St. Marys Hospital with what the State Patrol described as non-life threatening injuries. The two passengers in the SUV were not hurt.
