Rochester Area Man Facing Fifth DUI Charge
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester area man with a history of DUI arrests has added one more to his record.
The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office was contacted Tuesday afternoon about a man who had reportedly made some threats during an incident at a residence near Eyota.
The man - 46-year-old Brian Pickett - was found at his home around 3 p.m. He was arrested on suspicion of DUI. A spokesman says a breath test indicated he had a blood/alcohol concentration of .21, nearly three times the legal limit.
Because he has four DUI convictions since 1999, Pickett is now facing a felony charge.
