Rochester Chateau Theater Operating Contract Talks To Resume
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Talks between the city of Rochester and a local group about operating the Chateau Theater are back on track.
City Administration recommended an operating agreement with Threshold Arts last November but the City Council tabled the recommendation. The delay was the result of concerns some council members had because of the lease Threshold Arts has at the Castle.

The council Wednesday approved the administration's request to finalize an agreement with Threshold to operate the Chateau. The agreement would likely max out at three years as the city is working on long-term plans for the historical site.
