Bagley, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Minnesota sheriff’s deputy is accused of sexually assaulting a student at the school where he worked as a resource officer.

Charges of 1st and 3rd-degree criminal sexual conduct have been filed against 31-year-old Neil Dolan of Shevlin. The Clearwater County deputy was arrested on Wednesday. The criminal complaint says the student was a 9th grader at Bagley High School when the incident happened on the final day of class in 2017. The criminal complaint says the student told investigators the incident involved “sexual penetration in his office.”

Dolan was arraigned Friday and his conditional bail was set at $500,000.
