Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A couple of incumbents were among the last-minute filers for local elected positions that will appear on the fall ballot.

The filing period ended at 5 PM and among those filing near the deadline were 2nd Ward Rochester City Councilmember Michael Wojcik and Rochester State Senator David Senjem. Wojcik will face three challengers in the August 11 primary election, while Senjem will run against Democrat Sara Flick in November.
