Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A stormy night is forecast across much of southern Minnesota.

The highest risk for severe weather is in an area running from just west of Owatonna and Albert Lea northwest through the Mankato area and into west-central Minnesota near Willmar. The National Weather Service is indicating Rochester and most of the southeast corner of the state currently faces a slight risk of severe weather but a near certainty of thunderstorm activity overnight.
