Thursdays on First & 3rd Weather Update

UPDATED - 3:15 pm

Additional rain is expected in Rochester today. Because of that, the organizers of the popular Thursdays on First & 3rd festival have made the following changes to tonight's schedule:

• Tonight's 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM entertainment has been canceled due to the threat of additional rain over the course of the evening.
• Vendors have the option to remain open to serve food and drinks.
• Artisans will have the option to move their location to the Peace Plaza area.
