Thursdays on First & 3rd Weather Update for Aug. 16

Thunderstorms are expected this evening in Rochester and because of that the popular downtown Thursdays on First & 3rd festival has been canceled for this evening. They will be closing done at 3 pm today.

Rochester Downtown Alliance said, "We apologize for the inconvenience, but the safety of the community is our number one priority."

Good news though, Thursdays on First & 3rd continues through the rest of August.
