It's hard to believe, but 20 years ago tonight, the world was riveted to our TV's (most of us didn't yet have cellphones, and if you did have one, you couldn't watch any video feeds on it...) as we watched a parade of police vehicles slowly chase a white Ford Bronco down an LA freeway. O.J. Simpson was sitting in the backseat, allegedly with a gun to his head. Al “A.C.” Cowlings, Simpson’s friend and former teammate in high school, college and the N.F.L., was behind the wheel.

I was working at WAXX, a country station in Eau Claire, WI, and had just returned from an afternoon at Country Fest in Cadott. I remember stopping at Target on the way home and seeing the chase displayed on the TV's in the electronics department. It's hard to believe it's been 20 whole years since the OJ saga unfolded right before our eyes.

If you want to relive that night, ABC News has video of the chase HERE, as well as more information on the whole story. What were YOU doing 20 years ago?
