2015 Med City Fall Half, 5K, 10K, Marathon Video

Congrats to all the participants who hit the pavement this past weekend and took part in the Med City Fall Half, 10k, 5k, Marathon, held Sunday here in Rochester. Here's a cool video of the event, as it happened this past weekend.

I never thought that I'd enjoy running-- I used to hate that mile and a half test you had to do as part of the Presidential Physical Fitness Test back in the 80's-- but I've found that I actually enjoy getting out and doing a nice 3-mile run a couple of times a week.

I even did my first 5K event last year, along with doing this year's Insane Inflatable 5K, and am signed up to run in the Mayo Clinic Heritage Classic 5K this weekend. My wife took part in the 2014 Med City Marathon last year too. It's a cool event. Did you (or someone you know) run in Sunday's race? Check it out...
