As Alan Reed posted earlier today, thanks a ton to everybody who came out and had a great time at our inaugural Harvest Jam Saturday at the Olmsted County Fairgrounds on Saturday!

The weather was perfect for an outdoor concert-- thank goodness it was as hot and humid as our weather was just the week before-- and nearly 2,000 folks came out to enjoy some great live music by JT & The Gunslingers, County Line Drive, Hitchville, Lost Highway and, of course, Craig Morgan.

One of the perks of working at Quick Country 96.5 (besides getting to play some great country music all day) is being able to get on-stage and do a few announcements before each band takes the stage. To do this, of course, you have to go backstage-- where all the bands and their personnel are hurriedly working to either get their gear set up, or tear it down so the next act can set up.

I never want to get in the way backstage, but I did manage to snap a few of these pictures on Saturday. It gives you an entirely different perspective than the one you normally see from the seats. Thanks again for joining us at this year's Harvest Jam!

I took this while Alan was doing a few announcements, right before we brought out Craig Morgan. (Those spotlights are bright!)
