Did Carrie Underwood Get Emotional At The CMT ‘Arist Of The Year’ Awards? [WATCH]

Yep! She certainly did!

Last night, Carrie Underwood was honored by CMT during their Artist Of The Year Awards, along with a ton of other awesome country artists!

While it was fantastic to see all of the greats together (including Shania Twain!) I melted over Carrie Underwood's acceptance speech. She got visibily emotional at one point during the ceremony, because a photo of her son Isaiah was shown. She also made a point to thank her husband Mike for supporting her career.

She said, “Thank you, Mike, for just being so supportive throughout this tour,” she added. “It’s been so much fun being on the road. It’s definitely hard being away from you. But you’re the best. The people I work with, again, I’m just so blessed. I’m so lucky I have the best people surrounding me and thank God for you guys.” It was so moving! Just another reason to love Carrie!
