The NFL recently released the designs for the uniforms all teams will be required to wear during any Thursday night games this season. Have you seen the Vikings' uniforms?

The 'color rush' uniforms-- where each team wears a uniform that sticks as closely to one of their uniform colors as possible-- is a relatively recent phenomenon. According to this CBS Sports story, Nike describes the uniforms like this: "a full head-to-toe monochromatic look ... that draws inspiration from both current and historic uniform schemes - celebrating the hallmarks of each club's distinctive identity."

Originally designed to help improve rating on the NFL Thursday night games, the color rush uniforms are also a fundraiser for the NFL Foundation. The story says, "One hundred percent of the NFL's proceeds from the sale of Color Rush jerseys will go directly to the NFL Foundation to fund health, safety and wellness programs for youth around the country."

So, that's cool. And unlike last year, when teams could opt out of wearing the color rush uniforms, they'll all be required to wear them this year. The Vikings announced that they'll wear these color rush uniforms for their December 1st game against the Cowboys at US Bank Stadium, What do you think of the Vikings' designs?
