Get set to get an extra hour of sleep this weekend as Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m. Sunday morning-- so remember to set your clocks back one hour before you hit the hay Saturday night!  (Although at our house, there are only about 4 clocks left that we have to manually change, the rest-- like the ones on our computers, tablets, DVR and phones-- automatically change time for us).

ABC News has some tips on 'falling back' out of daylight saving time-- although the switch back each fall, where we gain an hour, doesn't seem to hit people as hard as the 'spring forward' switch does in March.  If you're curious just WHY we mess with our clocks twice a year, check out this quick video history.
