Weddings can be expensive these days, but would you send one of your wedding guests a bill if they didn't show up at your wedding after they RSVP'ed that they would attend?

That's what happened to this Golden Valley, Minnesota couple earlier this year. According to KARE-11, after Jessica Baker's mom cancelled as her baby-sitter at the last minute, Jessica and her husband decided they couldn't attend the wedding, as the invite indicated the event was for couples only, no children.

But then, she got a bill in the mail from the just-married couple, who was asking them to pay for their share of the meal, tip and service charges that they would have enjoyed. The bill came to $75.90!

The story said, "'This cost reflects the amount paid by the bride and groom for meals that were RSVP'd for, reimbursement and explanation for no show, card, call or text would be appreciated,' the note read."

Wow! Seems rather petty on the just-married couple's part, if you ask me. Sure, wedding are expensive, but sometimes things happen and people can't make it-- even after they indicated they would. You just have to roll with the punches. Would YOU do something like this after somebody didn't show at your wedding? (By the way, Baker says she has no intent on paying the bill...)
