According to a Med City Beat story, the owners of Zzest in Rochester are planning on opening a new restaurant later this year in the building that was previously the Chicago Great Western Railroad Company Depot on Fourth Street in southeast Rochester.

Well, two restaurants, actually. The street-level restaurant is slated to be called 'Porch' and will feature "Urban farm fare in a casual environment. The menu will focus on fine smoked meats and signature fried chicken with honey butter and lemon — as well as an array of sides, from the hearty to the healthy," the story said.

But that's not all. The owners are also planning on opening the lower level as 'Cellar,' which the story describes as "a swanky lounge with small plates, craft cocktails and desserts." The story went on to say 'Cellar' will have the "feel of an old gentleman's club — a place to meet, relax and try new creations from the bar and kitchen."

The owners are planning to open Porch this fall-- October or November, perhaps-- with Cellar set to open sometime in the winter, the story said.
