In honor of David Letterman's last show last week, did you see what Seth Meyers and the current staff of NBC's 'Late Night' did? They recreated the classic Letterman 'Late Night' opening title sequence, shot-for-shot, that was originally used back in 1982, when the show first went on the air.

They then used the new version of the classic opening last Wednesday, May 20th, on the night of Dave's last show over on CBS. It's pretty cool to see-- especially if, like me, you used to watch Dave's 'Late Night' show, back in the 80's. Meyers' current band even used Paul Shaffer's 'Late Night' theme song, too. It really took me right back to being 14 years old and staying up until 11:30 each night (well, during summer vacations, anyway) to watch the show. Check it out:
