Oh, Minnesota. To know this great state is to love it. How can you not?

Just like any other state, there are a bunch of stereotypes about us and how we live our life. For example, most people think we live in a winter wonderland year round and spend most of our time at Target. (This second part may be true for some people, like myself but still.)

I had some fun thinking about our stereotypes and reminiscing on things that people and friends from out of state have asked me when I told them I was born and raised in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.

I have lived in a few different states later in my life and there have been many occasions in which I was asked strange and hilarious questions about Minnesota. Thinking back on this has inspired me to put together a list of some of the best and wackiest questions I have been asked.
