Burglar Caught in Rochester

Rochester police and Olmsted County deputies teamed up last night to catch a burglar in SW Rochester. The man has been identified as 24-year-old Janarie Payton.

There were reports of burglaries on 44th Ave Court SW, another at Fox Hollow Lane and another off of West Circle Drive, north of the former Meadow Lakes Golf Course.

Police say he had some bank slips and a jacket that was taken from one of the homes on him when he was apprehended.
