One of the main reasons I'm sad all of the fairs are getting canceled for this year is because we're missing out on all of that delicious, greasy fair food! Or maybe we don't have to miss out. Solem Concessions has opened out a concession stand in Rochester today!

The concession stand is located at the Apache Mall. They will be open every day from 11 AM to 8 PM, so you and your family have plenty of time to stop by and get some fair food. You can't miss these concession stands, it looks like the state fair came to Rochester with how big they are!

They are going to be selling fair favorites. According to their Facebook post they made yesterday announcing their arrival, they said they will be selling fresh cheese curds, footlong corn dogs, fresh cut fries, and fresh squeezed lemonade. Personally, I would mainly be going for the cheese curds but let's be honest with ourselves, I'd probably end up getting everything off of that menu. Even though I'm a pronto pup gal, I guess a corn dog will have to do!

I get the feeling that with the fairs getting canceled there will be more concession stands and food trucks popping up around Rochester and the rest of the state. It's bound to be a delicious summer even without the fairs.
