The Minnesota DNR will be conducting two online auctions allowing people to bid on confiscated equipment. The first auction is scheduled for Saturday, September 19th with the second being on October 24th. The sale will include 501 firearms, 71 bows, and other equipment that was confiscated from game and fish violators.

According to the DNR: "The first auction will begin closing at 10 a.m. on September 19, 2020, with a staggered ending; one item ending per minute. Bidding will extend on that item if there is a bid in the final 5 minutes and extend as many times as needed until there are no bids for 5 minutes. Extended bidding does not affect the ending times of other items. The second auction will begin closing at 10 a.m. on October 24, 2000, with the same format."

Hiller Auction will host the sale and will provide a description of the items for sale on their site.

*Winning bidders will be required to pass a Federal Firearms Background Check.
