There’s something new and really cool coming to Rochester… and if you’ve got a kid who even thinks about tumbling, cheer, or doing cartwheels across the living room, this is for you.

A brand new cheerleading gym is getting ready to open in the very near future, and they’re aiming to be more than just another gym.

According to their website, the goal is to build not just athletes, but a full-on community. The kind of place where kids feel supported, challenged, and actually want to show up.

Because if you’ve ever signed your kid up for an activity, you know you’re not just looking for skills, you’re hoping they find confidence, friendships, and something they get excited about.

This new gym is called Midwest Legends and they say they'll offer a little bit of everything:

We offer opportunities for all skill levels, including Novice, Prep, and Elite All Star teams, along with tumbling classes, clinics, and skill development programs. Whether your athlete is just starting out or striving for the highest level of competition, there is a place for them here. - Midwest Legends

The new space will be located at 6215 34th Ave NW, Suite 120, near Roca, the climbing gym.

And you won’t have to wait long to check it out.

The grand opening is set for May 2nd, and they’re calling it the start of a “new era” of All-Star cheer in the area.

New spot, new option, and maybe, just maybe, a better place for all that flipping energy.
