Pizza Shop in Austin Named One of the Best Pizza Shops in Southern Minnesota

I don't know about you, but I have gotten into ordering takeout way more than I did before COVID. For me, it was a way to help out local restaurants while still being safe and dining from the comfort of my own home. So if you are on the hunt for a new restaurant to try and if you are a pizza fan, check what has been dubbed by Only in Your State as one of Southern Minnesota's best pizza shops: George's Pizza in Austin!

George's Pizza has been in Downtown Austin since 1958, according to Only in Your State. They are open for dine-in (at 50% capacity) if that is what you are interested in. Their current hours are Sunday - Thursday 4 PM - 10 PM, Friday and Saturday 4 PM - midnight. Or you can order carryout or delivery if you would rather eat at home.

They are obviously well known for their pizza. On their Facebook page, they say they have "pizza that is out of this world"! The crust is a thin, crisp crust that Only in Your State raves as being "perfectly baked". Only in Your State also writes that "the pizzas themselves are loaded with whichever toppings you choose. You'll have all of your favorite choices here."
