A Wyoming based food-truck is coming to Minnesota for the first time ever next week and will be stopping in Southern Minnesota and offering up their fish and chips to the #BoldNorth. The truck will be stopping in Mankato, Owatonna, and Albert Lea next week.

The food truck, On the Hook Fish and Chips, is the brainchild of two University of Wyoming students in 2016, and after much acclaim for their fish and chips they began to explore other states and brought on more trucks to satiate their customer's appetites. According to their website, the food truck serves "hundreds of thousands in Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, Utah, Idaho, South Dakota, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Montana."

What makes this truck unique is the fish that they serve are all hand caught on lines and "flash-frozen" after coming aboard the boats in Alaska to "preserve the fresh-caught quality and tenderness" according to their website.

The food truck will be stopping in Southern Minnesota for the first time ever and here is what we know about where they are stopping.

There isn't a lot of information yet, but once there is an announcement about where they will be setting up shop we will be sure to let you know.

I hope that if things go well in Albert Lea, Mankato, and Owatonna that the truck will take a chance further North like Faribault or the surrounding metro area.

H/T to Mike Pirkl who found a menu with prices online! Fish and chips $12, just fries $5, just the fish $12. If it's too pricey, you can be sure to ask these folks for a hand, as they are the richest people in each state.
