Slingshot Races at Deer Creek Speedway – [Photos]

Saturday I was lucky enough to be able to get behind the wheel of one of the Slingshot cars down at Deer Creek Speedway.

Before Evalyn Louise and myself suited up and started revving up the engines in our own 5-lap slingshot car race, I got to spend some time walking around the infield at Button Buck Speedway, where the slingshot racers were getting ready. There was also a special mini-mod series outlaw race, as well. These guys (and girls) all mean business-- yet they were all really gracious in allowing me the ask a ton of questions while they were getting ready to hit the track.
