Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man who was charged last year with sexually abusing a young girl at the YMCA swimming pool has been placed on probation for 25 years.

Sentenced Wednesday was 65-year-old Timothy Peffley. He pleaded guilty earlier to a second-degree criminal sexual conduct charge.

According to the criminal complaint, the girl told investigators Peffley placed her on his lap and held her in place while bouncing her, saying they were playing "bucking bronco." The girl also told police that Peffley told her it "really felt good." The girl was under 12-years-old.

Peffley has also been given a 60-day jail sentence, ordered to perform 50 hours of community work service and complete a sex offender treatment program.
