Rochester’s Newest Hotel Opens Tuesday
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Rochester’s newest hotel will begin welcoming its first guests Tuesday.
The Hilton hotel that had been under construction for more than a year is now ready to begin operations.
The 264 room hotel is located at the corner of East Center St and S. Broadway. The project was developed by Rochester-based Titan Development & Investments in partnership with Chicago-based Harbor Bay Real Estate Advisors.
There are multiple guest room configurations to meet varying demographic needs, including lavish suites on secure executive and concierge floors. The top floor features premier suites with concierge services. The hotel includes a rooftop terrace on the fifth floor, fitness center, indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and spa. A city-owned parking ramp that will serve the hotel recently opened. The hotel also has skyway access to Mayo Clinic and downtown businesses A high-tech conference center is being leased by J.Powers and features two ballrooms. The Hilton is one of the first projects under Rochester’s DMC initiative.
