Minnesota Woman’s Holiday Dish Captures National Spotlight

Last year, Campbell’s challenged home cooks nationwide to submit their most delicious and creative holiday side dish recipes with the winner earning a coveted spot on the side of a Campbell’s can and a place in culinary history.

The dishes were judged on originality, appeal, the personal story behind them, and how well they fit the Campbell’s brand. After narrowing the entries to ten finalists, a panel of judges prepared and tasted each recipe to crown the ultimate holiday sidekick.

After months of anticipation, the long-awaited winner was revealed: Crystal from Babbitt, Minnesota, with her showstopping Everything Quiche. Crystal’s recipe won hearts (and palates) with its perfect blend of creativity and flavor.

According to Campbell's website, her recipe starts with roasting green beans, mushrooms, and onions to enhance the robust flavors of this dish. These veggies are combined with a creamy mixture of Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom Soup, eggs, and cream cheese for a rich, velvety filling.
